Employee training and information is a commitment that Nuova Gandiplast Srl has been managing and scheduling on a regular basis for many years. In 2022, the company organised two days of training and information for all employees, in accordance with current legal regulations.
The safety of workers in company premises was the main topic: the incomparable trainers of Edu.Ca (https://www.edu-ca.it) created interactive, targeted and engaging activities to convey as many safe attitudes and behaviours to be adopted in the workplace and beyond. There was also room for Avv. Elena Imi who described the MOG 231/2001 adopted by the company from 2019 with moments of discussion and exchange of opinions.
The 'Tower of Power' at the end of the activities to sharpen the collaboration and mutual support between all members of the company's workforce is inevitable.
